Supporting the Fiesta Bowl events provided our team with a front-row view of two distinct college fan bases, both generating intense excitement in a fast-paced environment. Even during a shorter event, expectations stay high, and the technology must perform flawlessly.

Wurstfest 2025 set a new benchmark for festival efficiency, guest experience, and revenue growth by partnering with Ronin POS. After 64 years of using beer tickets, the festival eliminated them entirely. Over 200,000 attendees were scanned in under six seconds per person, creating seamless entry with zero queues.

When more than 450,000 fans packed the Circuit of The Americas (COTA) for the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix, Ronin POS was on the ground, ensuring every transaction ran flawlessly. With 1,200 POS terminals deployed across food, beverage, and grab-and-go locations, the 11-person Ronin team, contracted by Proof of the Pudding, delivered full-scale operational support across the three-day event.

This year’s Fall for Greenville marked a major milestone, eliminating 44 years of physical tickets for food, beverage, and merchandise redemption. With over 70 local restaurants showcasing their menus across eight city blocks, the festival went fully digital using Ronin POS, a unified event point-of-sale system built for large-scale, high-volume events.

Establishing reliable WiFi at outdoor events is no small task. Unlike indoor venues, festivals and large gatherings face significant interference from thousands of mobile devices, unpredictable weather, and temporary backhaul setups.
