Q: How do I remove my credit card from a cashless profile?
A: Please email ops@roninpos.com, and one of our agents will assist you with removing your credit card from the cashless profile.


Q: How do I register for a cashless profile?
A: You can register for a cashless profile at the event. Our staff will assist you at the entrance gates.


Q: Why was my card charged after the event?
A: Your card may have been charged after the event because our machines sometimes operate in offline mode, which can result in delayed payment processing.


Q: What should I do if I forgot my cashless profile PIN?
A: If you forgot your PIN, please navigate to the cashless registration website and log in to your account via phone number and email. From here, you can edit your account details and reset your pin.


Q: What happens to the unused cash balance on my wristband?
A: The policy on unused cash balances varies by event. You will need to contact the event
directly to inquire on their policy.


Q: How can I check my cash balance on my wristband?
A: Your balance will show on the screen after a transaction. You can check the cashless
registration website or ask a vendor to perform an RFID lookup.


Q: I didn’t get my ticket.
A: Please email Ops@roninpos.com with your first & last name, the event you’re attending & order ID.


Q: I created a cashless profile with incorrect information. How can I correct it?
A: If you've entered incorrect information, please email ops@roninpos.com with the correct details, and we’ll help you update your profile.


For Event Organizers 

Q: How can I receive a copy of my receipts?
A: You can request receipts by using the "Thank You" screen after a transaction or by contacting support at ops@roninpos.com.


Q: How long does it take to process a refund request?
A: Refund processing times can vary, but transactions are typically voided immediately. For further assistance, contact ops@roninpos.com.


Q: How can I view my sales reporting for an event?
A: You can view your sales reports on the Ronin dashboard [https://admin.roninpos.app/login].


Log in with the credentials provided by management to access your detailed reports. Keep in mind that access levels vary by user. If you feel that you need access to something that you cannot view, please contact management for assistance, or email
ops@roninpos.com.


Q: How do I process a refund for a customer?
A: To process a refund, go to the settings menu in the RoninPOS app, open order history, select the transaction, and choose the void option.


Q: How can I tell that all my orders went through?
A: In the top right corner of the tablet screen, on the Ronin app, it should say P:0 D:0. Make sure you have a strong wifi connection so these payments are processed.


Q: Why am I getting a pop-up that says update available?
A: This appears when there is a new update available for our app. Select the update option.
This could take a few minutes.


Q: How can I track my inventory?
A: You can look at the Product Mix report on our dashboard to see how much of each item was sold.


Q: Can I have more than one wristband linked to the same credit card?
A: Yes, you will set up 1 cashless account. All purchases made at our tablet using the same phone number & pin number will show under 1 account.


Q: How do I get a replacement QR code?
A: Please email ops@roninpos.com & we can assist you.

Q: Can I split a payment between my wristband & credit card?
A: Yes! Once your wristband/QR is linked to a cashless profile, it will pull any cashless balances first, then give you the option to either charge the card on file via pin, pay with a physical card, or use another wristband/qr


Q: What if the internet goes down? Will I lose sales?
A: No, our tablets work offline & once reconnected to wifi, all orders will process.


Q: Are the tablets waterproof?
A: No, it is important that the devices stay dry.


Q: The card won’t work. Can I manually enter a card number?
A: Yes, once you are on the payment screen, there will be a red manual entry button, where the customer can enter in their card information to pay.
